When
applying for a job it is important to have the right characteristics for
example if you wanted to be a graphic designer you would need creativity when
designing a company logo or poster without creativity it wouldn't appeal to
people and the person would get sacked also they would need technical knowledge
know how to use the programmers correctly and precisely any mistakes would be
critical also independence being able to work on your own or in a group so
interpersonal skills if unable work in a group is considerable finally the
person must have determination keeping going even when task becomes too
difficult or have to start again all these skills would be needed if wanting to
apply for this job.
